What does a blogger, hair enthusiast do when she gets a mail
from the biggest hair color brand inviting you to attend their event? REPLY and
ACCEPT.
And the bonus or in better words, the icing in the cake? Sapna Bhavnani. Yes, that. The celebrity hair stylist and reality-star, a celebrity in her own right.
The day started with games and then moved on to introduction to the brand and its journey by the beautiful Amy Plowman, explanation of the technical bits by Gaurav or "the scientist" as they call them, making science sexy for us. *wink*
Sapna was introduced to us and she spoke of herself and her love for experimenting with her own hair adding so much to her personality. I first learnt of her when she appeared in Vogue India. I've been following her ever since, so it was overwhelming to get so close to her and actually interact with her. Fun peeps.
After the first picture,
Sapna: Did you pout?
Me: Ahh No? Should we?
Sapna: Ah hah...
LoL.
The whole event was focused on Wella's new product launched in India called, Wella Oil Infuso Color Service. An oil which is meant to be apllied along with color while dying the hair. The oil is infused with Vitamin E and is meant to:
1. Provide long lasting color.
2. Protect hair protein.
3. Lock in moisture.
The oil can also be applied after. Pump out a drop and run it through your hair for a less fizzy, glossy, sans oil feel and the bonus? It smells phenomenal. Might as well use it as a hair perfume.
I'm not even kidding when I say all these points. Everyone who attended were given gift hampers with this oil worth MRP Rs. 850 and a coupon with discount for hair treatments involving the oil. So, me and Stanzin have tried and tested the product It's worth every penny you'd spend to own it.
These crazy people answered every query the bloggers had on hair color. From the most obvious to a little more technical ones. They surely opened our eyes.
Amy was so warm and friendly, her spark lightened everyone in the room automatically. Oh, she loved my dress too. *another wide grin*
Loving this bae for clicking these beautiful pictures for my blog. Thank you love.
