Duh! PuYees... *

We all have a friend we've grown up with and still love them to death. Here's one such friend, I call her Ditpui, the rest of you might know her as Puii or Jezreel.

Angel on Earth

 Back in 1997, on the campus of Little Flower School, Hatigaon, were two little girls, stepping into a whole new world... One was crying and just couldn't leave her mother's hands. The other was pulling her into the school and comforting her, well, at least trying to!
I was the other girl, and Puii, the sensitive, shy little girl. How things have changed over the years... Jezreel evolved into a beautiful butterfly. She's pretty, smart and well-spoken. Her sense of dressing, splendid. The type of style Coco Chanel would call- Fabulous and Classy. Surprisingly, she hardly speaks about fashion and clothes even when we have a nice girl-friend time.
 Jezreel is still very sensitive, a part of her which only I know. The way her eyes turn all glassy when she talks about sensitive subjects and the way her cheeks flush red when she gets embarrassed reminds me of the girl I spent most of my childhood palying "house-house" with. Me, my brother, She and her sister spend most of the days in their balcony doing all the silliest stuff. I still remember I used to stay for lunch at their place, just because I wanted to have butter, and my mom won't allow it at home! LoL.
There was a huge advantage of staying in the same colony. We always met up to practice dance. Some of the famous songs we danced to were, You are my Sonia from Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Koi Mil Gaya from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and so on.

Sands of Goa

 For a few years we lost contact. They shifted to an outskirt area, and I changed my school. However when we really grew up and started to meet up once in a while again, it didn't take much for me to realize she's still the same Jezreel. My Ditpuii. No matter what people talk behind her back, she never thinks bad about them. It still amazes how kind and caring she is. And not just that, it's fun to be with her! We can go from total bitches to angels in 0.05 seconds!

When she walks into a room, there's no one who doesn't notice her. She has that special effect. maybe it's her clothes, maybe the way she blinks or those endless legs. Whatever the thing is, she'll always be such an inspiration.
