Tanushree Khatri for TCNS

Hello Folks! I promised to introduce you to the upcoming designers of the Indian Fashion Industry, and here I am fulfilling it. Today, I'm gonna introduce you to the internship collection of  an incredible Knitwear design student from my institute, NIFT, New Delhi.
Tanushree Khatri, fondly called Tanu by everyone near and dear, worked for TCNS as an intern for 8 weeks at the end of the 6th Semester.
In this export house, she was not given any guidance on the design. It was a fully independent design collection she worked on. She designed the collection keeping in mind the beautiful nerds who wished to be appreciated in their own style and keep up with the trends in their own way. This collection "high-lights the fun side of these beautiful girls".

It was an honor to model for her. Having very less experience, I wasn't so confident, I hope I didn't disappoint her and the photographer, Akanksha. Haha...

The shoot was fun and experimental. Had to stretch and dress like I've never did before. I love her designs, specially the one I am wearing below. The knit is fine and the yarns, very soft.

Here's wishing her all the best for the future!
God bless.
